Deviation Investigator  - 6 months - OSD / Tableting - Ireland

Experienced QA Deviation investigator required for Pharmaceutical plant based in Dublin.

You will be required to support the Manufacturing teams at an OSD facility in Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have solid dose/Tableting experience but not essential. You must be able to carry out the deviation investigations & open /close CAPA's.

Duties will involve:
  • Manage CAPAs in relation to deviations or customer complaints.
  • Conduct Deviation Investigations
  • Complete activities related to change control management such as changing / applying a procedure in manufacturing or introducing new equipment.
  • Be responsible for raising the change control and implementing necessary manufacturing changes; this includes organising and facilitating relevant meetings.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments
  • Facilitate training for operators and supervisors where required.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
  • Ideally have experience working within an OSD / tablet manufacturing facility. If not, a strong pharma background from other facilities is required (e.g. vaccine / sterile manufacturing facility).
  • Deviation Investigation, CAPA, Risk Management and Change Control experience
Day to day duties will include :
  • Conducting Deviation Investigations with Manufacturing environment and operations to ensure deviations and Investigation Reports will satisfy QP's and agree CAPAs accordingly.
  • Implementing necessary changes and process improvements to ensure elimination / significant reduction in frequency of similar deviations occurring.
  • Work Closely with Manufacturing Supervisors and CAPA Specialist to drive continuous improvements.
This role will be Dublin based 5 days a week.
