IT Contracts Manager - Global Pharmaceutical Client – 6 Month Contract in Berkshire, UK

One of our global Pharmaceutical clients is looking for an IT Contracts Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract role. The client specialises in the treatment and prevention of serious human medical conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Contract management activities on strategic contracts, including contract change reviews and approvals, finance management, governance and escalation management
  • Support the broader team in the management and administration of the contracts, including providing oversight and prioritisation management
  • Working with the team to ensure processes are documented and followed
  • Working with IT stakeholders to understand new vendor demand and work accordingly to ensure SoWs and contracts are in place
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in contract management for strategic IT management
  • Preferred experience in team management and prioritisations (whilst no line management expected, the role will require some coordination and prioritisation across the team)
  • Commercial statement of work negotiation and review
  • Experience in tracking and recording commitment management across IT contracts, including network and telecoms
  • Experience in license management processes, including Microsoft O365 and Azure cost management
