IT Field Services Analyst required to join a Global Pharmaceutical Organsiation in the Greater Manchester area on a contract basis. 

Title: IT Analyst, Field Services


Role Type: Temporary Contract (inside IR35)

Hours: 37.5 per week. Onsite with some remote working flexibility (1 - 2 days from home potentially) 

IT Analyst, Field Services required to join a global Pharmaceutical organsisations IT team. 

You will be responsible for Providing Second Line support, Shipping out of IT hardware to various other sites, decommissioning laptops / desktops, updating and actioning the ticketing system, providing desktop and production IT support. 


Role Description:
  • Must have excellent understanding of personal computers, peripherals & associated accessories.  Solid understanding of personal computing applications (MS-Office, Visio, Outlook, etc.). 
  • Excellent working knowledge of networks and server infrastructure.
  • Good working knowledge of business applications.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to function independently in a deadline driven work environment.
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant direct technical support experience.
Role Requirements:
  • Associates degree in Computer Science or related discipline.  Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification is desirable.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to speak English preferred.
  • Service oriented attitude (flexible, personable and approachable)
