IT Support Specialist– Contract – London– Pharmaceuticals

Our global Pharmaceutical client based in London is searching looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their team on a 12-month contractual basis.

In this role you will be providing first level end-user support and assisting all corporate and remote users with technical issues related to hardware, software and connectivity.

Roles and responsibilities as an IT Support Specialist

• Management and resolution of helpdesk cases logged
• Be able to devise technical and creative solutions to user issues
• Prepare detailed notes and reports for users through the steps they can take to resolve software and hardware issues
• Provide technical expertise to implement and integrate new and existing systems and technologies
• Maintain detailed records of user issues with software and hardware
• Production of accompanying documentation for the implementation of new systems

Qualifications, Skills & Experience required as an IT Support Specialist

• Experience in a similar first line IT Support role
• Experience resolving issues with IT software and hardware
• Good customer services and communication skills
• Ability to provide deskside and remote support
