Job title: Quality Control Filling Manufacturing - Laboratory Technician


Job target:

• Planning and implementation of transfer of analytical methods.
• Qualification of analytical equipment
• Implementation of in-process analyzes

Most important tasks and responsibilities:

• Support in setting up a functioning quality control laboratory
• Qualification of laboratory equipment
• Independent planning, implementation and coordination of the transfer of analytical methods
• Support with the acquisition of laboratory equipment
• Support in the establishment, validation and implementation of analytical methods for the characterization of fillers
• Creation of the necessary laboratory documentation as part of GMP-compliant production
• Ensuring the ISO / GMP environment within the scope of the analytical methods for approval
• Support with internal (self-inspections) and external audits / inspections (e.g. TÜV, authorities)
• Compliance with GMP and work regulations
• Compliance with regulations on occupational safety and environmental protection

 
Requirement profile of the position


Training:

• Completed training as a laboratory assistant or comparable training
• Completed degree (Master) in the field of biotechnology, bio-process engineering or comparable training
• Practical experience in pharmaceutical production (manufacture of gels)

Experience:

> 3 years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment

- Experience in the pharmaceutical / medical device industry

- practical experience in the field of instrumental analysis (physico-chemical measurement methods, e.g. GC, HPLC)
