Lead Electrical Supervisor

Quanta are currently sourcing a new role for an international EPC within Waste treatment. The role is a Lead electrical Supervisor for a new build Energy for Waste

Responsibilities:

• Make sure the cabling contractor is working according to the priorities defined with the project team, and in accordance with the general program of work.
• Report to the site project manager if delay, lack of resources, lack of material or issues are identified.
• Make sure the Cabling works contractor understand Our clients documentation.
• Ensure the continuity from design engineering documentation to the cabling works activity at site.
• Ensure good communication and information circulation with electrical design office.
• Identifies deviations in the job scope and initiates a notice. 

Other supervision work

• LV and I/O switchboards, packages cabinets installation
• HV switchboard & transformer and HV cabling ( in the scope of dedicated HV electrical supervisor)
• DCS installation (control room desk and DCS cubicle)
• Instrumentation erection
• Packages with some cabling included :  turbine, Waste crane, water treatment…

 
Assistance to the commissioning team

• During cold commissioning on site: manage the work priorities according to commissioning needs

 Quality documentation

• Follow the quality procedure and report accordingly

 Ideally the candidate must have experience in Biomass or Waste to energy
