Lead Site Commercial Manager – Energy from Waste – Permanent – Remote

Lead Site Commercial Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensure the site and contractor teams to implement and comply with project HSEQ requirements
• Ensure site quality management system complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, the client and our client
• Enforce Site Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) measures / procedures including inspection of incoming goods
• Ensure that inspections with authorities are organised and carried out on time and that Site staff are adequately briefed
• Ensure that final assembly check (MEC) is performed promptly after the end of assembly
• Check the mounting evidence related documentation (quality documentation) of assembly companies
• Check individual components in the light of progress mounting
• Be responsible for installation companies in standards and contract variations 
• Ensure that required certificates are available and valid
• Ensure that approved testing equipment is calibrated and used properly
• Participate in the review and approval of assembly test plans and other quality-related documents

About you:

• Relevant professional experience in plant or in one of the sub-boiler, steel, equipment, piping Welding Technical training (e.g. Welding Specialist, Welding Engineer)
• Relevant professional experience as a construction, assembly or IB head in plant / power plant construction
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the area of quality supervision in construction
• Lead Auditor ISO 9001
• Knowledge of relevant HSEQ legal and management system requirements
• Valid Safety Contractors Certificate (SCC), Safepass (ROI), CSCS or CCNSG card or equivalent
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications
