With global demand for their life-changing oncology treatment increasing; one of our global pharmaceutical clients is looking for a Lean Improvement Specialist to join their team to support a €500 million expansion project in Leinster.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a state-of-the art fill-finish facility and the company’s first stand-alone vaccine and biologics plant outside the US.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- The focus will be on the design and execution of the operating systems, management systems, mindset and behaviours, and capabilities of our people enabling us to produce critical vaccines and biologics medicines at the highest quality, for the lowest cost, and in the shortest lead time, therefore enabling a continuous improvement culture.
- Deployment of lean and six sigma tools and methods to ensure the Production System Right First Time Start-up for the project.
- Relevant experience in change management and driving continuous improvement within all levels of the organizations, with the ability to influence to make problems visible and collaborate to build strong networks to drive the necessary results.
- Experience is deeply understanding processes to deliver value to the business through problem solving and developing the SMEs to improve their work.
- Lean Six Sigma Methodology experience
