M&E Site Manager - Data Centres - London

Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing M&E installations and managing the programme on behalf of the client
  • Interfacing with different suppliers and vendors
  • Providing daily and weekly progress updates to the end client and the company 
  • Reporting into the project manager 
Requirements: 
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience of working on construction or mission critical projects in the UK
  • Experience in fuel polishing systems would be highly beneficial
  • Experience in groundworks as the fuel polishing systems are situated underground
  • Electrical or Mechanical bias background. Majority of works are mechanical.
  • Previous experience of working on live operational facilities is beneficial
  • Overseeing M&E installations and managing the programme on behalf of the client
  • Interfacing with different suppliers and vendors
  • Good communication as this is a client facing position and they will be the main point of contact on site
  • Providing daily and weekly progress updates to the end client
  • Reporting into the project manager
  • Technology Literacy
  • Requested site qualifications: SMSTS, Emergency First Aid, Temporary works Supervisor, Fire Marshall, Black (CSCS) Managers Card
