Quanta, part of QCS Staffing, is a successful international recruitment consultancy, established in 1992.   We provide specialist Contract and Permanent recruitment services to clients within Life Sciences, Renewable Energy & Data IT sectors across the EMEA, Americas and APAC regions.  We employ +70 staff and have 3 offices:

• Headquarters based in Berkhamsted, UK
• Dublin, Ireland
• Boston, USA

The marketing function at Quanta was established in October 2016, shortly after the launch of the new brand and website.

The Marketing Executive role is a varied and integral role to our business, you will work closely with our Sales Consultants and Management Team to support in driving marketing activity at Quanta. Reporting directly into the Marketing Manager and carrying out a range of online and offline activity in line with the business’ marketing strategy, this is an opportunity to further develop marketing experience across the full marketing mix. 

This is an extremely exciting time to join Quanta as our global expansion continues with the opening of our new offices in 2020 in the USA and Ireland. The Marketing Executive role will play a key part in driving our brand in these locations.

• We are looking for an experience in a Marcomms role, ideally within the recruitment or similar industry.

• Experience of writing content in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Experience of running successful marketing campaigns.
• Confidence using LinkedIn and other social media channels – as well as creating paid campaigns.
• Experience of using and optimising email software and campaigns.
• Understanding of SEO and PPC.
• Competent with Indesign/Photoshop.
