A fantastic opportunity to be involved in a one of a kind Power project based in the North East of England on an initial 6 months contract.

Requirements:
  • Develop conceptual designs into turnkey projects to meet the functional and contractual specifications of secured orders.
  • Produce specifications, calculations and undertake component selection.
  • The main role will be to solve interferences on site and design problems. 
  • Someone who possesses solid experience in mechanically biased design engineering
  • The role will be focused on the design of conveyor and fuel handling systems
  • Candidates from Power, Mining and Cement will be ideal
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that conceptual design and tender preparation documents are provided to meet the project timescales and necessary quality standards.
  • Produce project specific installation specifications in order to obtain competitive installation quotations from contractors.
  • This may include production of appropriate 2D and/or 3D drawings (Layouts, General Arrangements, and piping drawings).
