One of our leading renewable energy clients are looking for an O&M facilities Construction Manager for one of their offshore wind farm projects. This 5-month freelance contract role will be based in the North West of the country, there may an opportunity to extend further thereafter.

The role:
  • Managing, planning and coordination of O&M facilities site organisation and O&M facilities activities. Interfacing with all packages
 Responsibilities:
  • Health and safety for all O&M facilities activities during the execution phase, to establish a safety culture amongst all involved parties on site
  • To ensure completion of construction of O&M facilities on time ready for handover to O&M
  • Manage proactively
  • Ensure Lessons Learnt and Best Practice are implemented
  • Oversee the construction is made in accordance with requirement, specifications and standards defined by Operations
  • Take part in tender process for ensuring compliancy with O&M facilities site requirements
 Qualifications:
  • MSc/BSc in civil engineering
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of documented experience within construction management of onshore activities in large construction projects
  • Minimum 3 – 5yrs of documented leadership experience and experience within HSE management
Special Provisions:
The Consultant must have his/her own PC with MS Office software and must be in possession of an i-phone 4S, 5C, 5S, 6 or 6+ or a Windows Phone
