Project Manager – Operations - Contract 

Due to continued growth Quanta are looking for an Operations Project Manager to join the team to project manage an exciting variety of projects over the next 2 years.

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd is a successful international recruitment consultancy, established in 1992.   Quanta provide specialist Contract and Permanent recruitment services to clients within Life Sciences, Renewable Energy & ICT sectors across the EMEA, Americas and APAC regions.  We employ +70 staff and have 3 offices:
  • Headquarters based in Berkhamsted, UK
  • Dublin, Ireland
  • Boston, USA
The fundamental purpose of this important role is to ensure Quanta deliver current and subsequent multiple project work streams to ensure the business continues to grow and maximise its potential. 

The Project Manager will build relationships across the business, working with key project internal and external stakeholders to coordinate, organise and deliver multiple projects within agreed timeframes. We currently have a number of projects both live and planned, including, setting up a physical office internationally, new technology implementations and a new website.

Our offices are based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, but this role can be delivered remotely if required.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with key stakeholders as well as other staff members.
 Knowledge/Skills Required.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience working and delivering projects within a contractor recruitment business.
  • Proven working experience in project management, delivering multiple projects at any one time.
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
