Contractor Payroll Assistant - Pay/Bill

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Payroll Assistant - pay/bill to join our Finance Team, focusing on our contractor payroll.  Quanta have circa 500+ contractors working across 6 continents in over 30 different countries, this is a fantastic opportunity for international contractor payroll exposure.

Quanta, is a successful international recruitment consultancy, established in 1992.   we provide specialist Contract and Permanent recruitment services to clients within Life Sciences, Renewable Energy & ICT sectors across the EMEA, Americas and APAC regions.  We employ +70 staff and have 3 offices:

• Headquarters based in Berkhamsted, UK
• Dublin, Ireland
• Boston, USA

The key objectives of this role are.

• End to end contractor payroll / Pay and Bill - Processing contractor timesheets, ensuring that payments are made punctually and accurately.
• Liaising with both internal teams and contractors directly to resolve timesheet queries efficiently and effectively.
• To calculate contractor invoices with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Ensure contractor bank details are updated and correct on all systems.
• Report to Pay and Bill Supervisor any outstanding issues and highlight any potential debtor problems.

Experience Required.

• The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience within Pay & Bill / Contractor Payroll. Ideally within recruitment or similar environment processing contractor timesheets.
• Strong attention to detail and a well organised individual.
• Able to confidently build relationships with internal teams and contractors.
• Experience of working within a multi-currency organisation would be an advantage.
