Cost Manager – Data Centre – 8 Month Contract (+ Extensions) – Remote / Frankfurt

This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator who have been recognised as one of fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry.

Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of a pre-construction Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.  

The project at hand that your support is needed on is a new build data centre project in Frankfurt valued at approx. 1 billion euros. This is a remote contract although site visits to Frankfurt will be expected.

About you:

• Available within the next 6 weeks and happy to commit to an 8-month contract
• Pre-construction experience
• CSA or MEP bias
• Quantity surveyor background
• 4 + years data centre experience, pharmaceutical experience is also beneficial
• Procurement strategy experience
• Ability to lead a tender process
• Sound German construction knowledge including German VOB’s
• Ideally the chosen candidate will speak German OR have at least 1 years of recent experience of working in Germany
• EU passport or rights to work in Germany
