Process Support Manager - Renewables - Antwerp - 12-Month Contract

Responsibilities: 
  • Supporting the CAPEX process development initiative:
  • Contribute to the process framework development
  • Coordinate process/procedure review meetings
  • Process mapping, process description & SOP development (optional)
  • Identify connection points to other processes & systems
  • Collect CAPEX processes/policies from other BUs – identify and align best practices
  • Supporting the Indirect Procurement GPO in:
  • Development of the procurement handbook
  • Updating the procurement policy in line with the process framework development (at later stage)
  • Identity and document missing processes
  • Review and update currently drafted processes
  • Identify connection points to other processes & systems
  • Optionally – procedure development if needed
Requirements: 
  • 5+ years of working as a Process Support Manager
  • Proven project management experience is required
  • Experience working for a large, diverse multinational is preferred.
  • Experience working in at least an international environment is required;
  • In-depth knowledge of standardisation of processes
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, …)
