Job Overview

Procurement of components and services, tendering, cost evaluation, approval process and contracting.

Responsibilities

Determination of potential sources for required services or provisions

Evaluation and negotiation of commercial conditions

Supporting of preparation of tender documentation

Review of received quotations and preparation of cost comparison

Preparation of purchase orders and minor contracts including

Negotiation of contracts with suppliers

Review and approval of invoices and resulting correspondence with accounting

Protection of Employer´s rights towards suppliers

Qualifications

Bachelor of business economics or equivalent qualification

Job experience in procurement of technically complex products

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to work in a team

Very experienced with MS Office products

Basic knowledge of contracting

Basic technical knowledge
