Procurement Manager – London - Permanent 

This is your opportunity to work for one of the fastest-growing data centre groups in Europe. Having received significant investment this established data centre group is looking to enter in their next phase of growth. Their service offering is tailored to their client's requirement allowing them to support current and future IT infrastructure requirement, already supporting some of the most well-known and recognisable brands.

The Opportunity

As Procurement Manager you will be playing a major role in the procurement strategy for this ambitious and fast growth data centre operator. You will be leading the tender process for all data centre construction projects across Europe becoming a key stakeholder within the European business unit. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

-        You will be running the tender process, developing tender packs and establishing supplier relationships
-        You will be analysing market conditions to effectively deploy the procurement strategy
-        You will be negotiating supplier agreements
-        You will be analysing and monitoring supplier performance throughout projects ensuring commercial performance is achieved and projects are delivered on time
-        You will be performing post contract performance on completion of the projects  

About you 

We are looking for an experienced procurement manager who has previously worked on large international scale construction projects and can demonstrate attention to detail. Industry experience that will be of particular interest include data centre, heavy civils, renewable energies, railways and MEP.

You will have a bachelor’s degree or be CIPS qualified and demonstrate that ability to think out of the box and not afraid to take the lead or challenge process to enhance the performance of the projects across Europe.
