Project Administrator - Contract - Valencia

Project Administrator is needed to help support managers and various projects within an international IT organisation. This is a long term contract role, English-speaking and it will be remote to start with but eventually onsite at the client office in Valencia, Spain. Single stage Teams interviews will be taking place in December.

You will have a variety of Administrative support activities including:
  • Assist new staff/consultants with local check in processes.
  • Time sheet management.
  • Basic supplier management including getting quotes for resources and software.
  • Shortlisting and scheduling consultant interviews.
  • Facilitate hiring of resources including renewal/extension of consultants.
  • Prepare monthly reporting of project status updates.
  • Preparing weekly list of new projects in the pipeline.
  • Sending weekly reminders to key stakeholders.
  • Following up on consultant timesheets.
  • Any other duties as required.

You will need:
  • Similar administrative experience, ideally 3 years and in large scale environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and a good understanding of other Microsoft tools like Outlook, SharePoint and Teams.
  • High School diploma
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Spanish or Italian skills would be a bonus.
  • Ability to live and work in Valencia, Spain.
