­­­Project Administrator – Life Sciences – 12 month – West Midlands, UK

Are you an Administrator with experience in construction? Are you looking to take the next step in your career and be part of an exciting new project? Then the position of Project Administrator is exactly what you’re looking for.

This is your chance to work for a company that is a pioneer in biologics and CGT, focussing on long-term curative treatments. With vast investment being made into the organisation and new build projects on the horizon this is the ideal time to join the team and establish yourself as a key team member.

Project Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Produce project documentation appropriate for the complexity of project, this may include schedule, meeting minutes, action logs, Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information, reporting and forecasting to project team on project process and performance.
  • Contributes to the accurate completion of day-today governance activities to ensure risks are effectively managed and escalated as appropriate.
  • Measure and record progress via monthly reporting, assisting with justification of variances and control measures.
  • Assisting with final quality inspections with the construction team.
About you:
  • Proven experience in construction projects ideally using RIBA plan of works.
  • Excellent knowledge of standard project management tools and techniques and the skills required for their effective utilisation.
  • Proficient in use of MS Project and Office Suite.
  • Great organisation and communication skills.
