Project Coordinator - Global Biopharmaceutical Client - USA

Our client is making a significant capital investment for a new biologics facility in the USA and requires a Project Coordinator to work on the multi-billion-dollar project.


Role responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Project Lead.
  • Oversee on boarding items (facilitating, communicating to all).
  • Organising project management and town hall meetings.
  • Liaise with Cross-functional teams to support all aspects of the project.
  • Streamline processes within the PMO.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering or Science Degree in Engineering or Technology related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in a similar role within Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in co-ordinating/ liaising/organising cross functional project teams.
  • Experience within a Matrix environment and knowledge with Capex/Capital projects.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Strong can-do and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and use new skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • A high attention to detail with a flexible, adaptable approach.
