Our biotech client headquartered in Switzerland is currently investing significantly to their manufacturing programme.  This state-of-the-art facility houses high-technology and next-gen processes to produce drugs that are distributed throughout the Globe. With over 2000 employees onsite, the site is easily reachable by two major airports and has excellent transport links throughout.

The client is currently seeking the expertise of a Project Coordinator to help support the Project Managers with organising their ongoing Projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this Project Coordinator role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • As the Project Coordinator you will maintain and monitor project plans and schedules, support issuance of the regular status reports and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • You will be responsible for identifying project changes, flag project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • The Project Coordinator will implement project management strategies and best practices, support development of project management methodology and project management center of expertise.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining ownership and coordination of the GxP related tasks in a dedicated tool
  • The Project Coordinator will chair and facilitate meeting and document and distribute minutes to all project team members
Desirable Experience:
  • As a Project Coordinator you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within either the Pharmaceutical, Supply Chain or Logistics and Distributions industries.
  • You will have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • As a Project Coordinator you will be competent with Microsoft Office; Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • You will have a good understanding and knowledge of file management, transcription and other administrative procedures
