PMO / Project Co-ordinator - Toulouse - 6-Month Contract 

Are you looking for your next contract, and fancy the opportunity to work in the beautiful Toulouse? Our client, a global biotechnology organisation, are recruiting for a PMO/Project Co-ordinator to join their team in the construction of their new biopharmaceutical production plant. This new build facility will be vital vehicle in helping our client continue global access to life changing therapeutics.

Responsibilities: 
  • Junior Project Manager / project coordinator to join a fast paced start up project environment in South France.
  • Need experience of setting up spreadsheets / flow charts / project scheduling / project document control / charters / scoping documents / investing projects / status of projects / chasing documentation
  • PMO stuff - making and maintaining dashboards, reports in PowerPoint or other tools, making visual diagrams in meetings and finish later for clarity. 
Requirements:
  • Needs to be French speaking
  • Have experience working within PMO / project management
