Project Engineer

Project Engineer, German speaking, contract / freelance opportunity to join a world leading bio-pharmaceutical client in Switzerland.,

Our client, a world leading bio-pharmaceutical organisation in the south of Switzerland, requires a German speaking Project Engineer for an initial 12 month contract duration, to support the project engineering team during a Biopharma CAPEX investment project.

Main tasks:

- Represent the project engineering team for the planning phase. Interact with external companies, review and approve P&ID’s, data sheets, accessory drawings and 3D models
- Technical review of change requests for the project
- Interact with other internal departments (e.g. Operations, Operations Engineering, EMR, SGU, CSA, Purchasing) and make interdisciplinary decisions
- Participate in FATs and SATs
- Participate in commissioning and qualification documentation preparation (e.g. GMP risk analyses, OQ plans and reports)
- Support for the C&Q activities until the end of the project

 
Requirements:

- Fluent in German and English
- At least 5 years of experience working on projects in the bio-pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in the planning of bio-pharmaceutical plants 
- Experience in  Commissioning and Qualification phases of projects
