MEP Project Manager - Data Centres - Contract - Frankfurt

Our client, a privately owned global construction consultancy, require the support of a MEP Project Manager for their Frankfurt based project.

This exciting organisation have built a reputation for delivering first class project and cost management for CAPEX project globally. Their data centre division has doubled in size over the last 3 years having built a strong reputation for some of the biggest tech companies in the world – meaning there could be no better time to join.

MEP Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage the general contractor
  • Be a process driven project manager
  • Lead meetings  with GC, client and end client
  • Manage the process of change orders and RFIs
  • Timeline and budget reviews/management
  • Ensure delivery and handover to client and engage with end-client team
 About you:
  • Degree in Civils, Mechanical or Electrical + project management
  • Critical infrastructure project management
  • Strong communicator and detail orientated
  • 5+ years of projects experience
