Project Manager - The Netherlands - Cell and Gene Therapy 

I am looking for a Senior Project Manager to work with my Global Pharmaceutical client's Cell and Gene Therapy facility. 

The Project Manager will be responsible for Engineering Projects across the Cell and Gene Therapy facility including management of refit and expansion. 

The project is due to run for 24 months and is a fantastic opportunity for a Consultant to add to their Cell and Gene Therapy project knowledge and experience within a Leading Pharmaceutical Company. 

Requirements:

• Extensive experience (15 years+) in project engineering and project management for Cell & Gene Therapy pharmaceutical industries or facility layout and optimization or equivalent
• Knowledge of current technology in the field of Cell & Gene Therapy, building, building technology, Aseptic processes, automation and utility technologies
• Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of project initiations and successfully transitioning into project execution
• Strong leader, motivating team player, drives results, excellent communication skills and experience in managing matrix-based cross-functional teams
• Prepared and flexible to travel (~20%)
