We are working with a global Biopharmaceutical client who requires an experienced Project Planner/Scheduler to support large complex projects on a long-term contract basis. 

The role of the Project Planner will be to manage and co-ordinate the schedule for a large capital investment programme at one of their campuses, based in the Nordic region.  

Principal Accountabilities:
  •  Providing oversight of the current project portfolio to ensure schedules and timelines are met.
  • Providing project planning (scheduling) support to the project team.
  • Manage the project schedules in accordance with the project work breakdown structure and ensuring that project schedules are developed.
  • Ensuring that project schedules conform to the Change Control Process, in terms of liaison, communication and calculation of change notes and change orders.
  • Producing planning reports for input into the monthly reporting process.
 Knowledge and Skills:
  • Extensive experience in planning of large CAPEX projects (such as Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical) in multi-discipline teams.
  • Planning responsibility through full life cycle covering Conceptual Design, Detailed design and execution.
  • Extensive knowledge of the software tool Primavera and MS Project.
