Project Quality Lead Responsibilities:
- Implement a project QMS in line with company and ISO standards for hydrogen project portfolio
- Establish project QA/QC processes and systems and direct and guide the implementation of QA / QC activities across all areas of the project
- Support package managers / risk owners in managing and reducing quality risks
- Manage and motivate assigned QA/QC Advisors and steer notified bodies in conjunction with the package managers
- In cooperation with the Project QHSE Manager, lead the approach for preparation of QHSE programmes, including (Quality) competence and awareness programs
- Ensure the integration of continuous improvement into the projects
- Coordinate with wider business Quality requirements to ensure consistency and efficiency between projects, and compliance with Corporate management systems and processes
- If required, manage or interface with 3rd Party Inspection and contracts with notified bodies and other QA/QC-related vendors
- Has a thorough understanding of Quality Management in capital projects and is experience with technical integrity schemes in construction and commissioning
- 10 years’ experience in oil/gas/energy construction, or process industry, of which at least 5 years in a QHSES related role
- Degree or similar within QHSE, technical or engineering discipline
- Internal or Lead Auditor ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001 (current to the most recent certification) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills & ability to work with and influence a variety of contacts
- A strong and committed team player
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, working with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.
