Project Validation Lead

Senior validation engineer opportunity with a global bio-tech manufacturing organisation based in the south east of the UK

Our bio-tech client is currently in the process of investing significantly in their manufacturing programme. They’re currently looking for a validation lead to join them on this exciting journey. The successful candidate with have proven experience working on filling lines and have the experience on working on large scale projects. The role:
As the Project Validation Lead for the new filling line you would be responsible for all validation activities required for facility, main filling line and all ancillary equipment validation through to and including PPQ.
 
It would be your responsibility to plan the activities and resources needed to deliver the project validation requirements and manage the work to ensure compliant delivery in accordance with the programme. 
 
You will also provide specialist support and lead the implementation of technical solutions in the resolution of issues and mitigation of risk whilst ensuring compliance with all applicable (EHS and GxP) regulatory and internal standards and industry best practices. 
 
Experience:
• Validation Project leadership / management experience within pharma / biological
• Experience of the Validation of Sterile Filling Operations and experience of Integrated Filling Lines very desirable
• Experience of Facility/Utility Validation.
• A natural leader with excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Highly experienced in problem solving technical issues associated with Filling line/facility processes.
