QA System Consultant - 6 Month Contract - Belgium

Excellent contract opportunity for a QA System Consultant to support a biotech client with the development and manufacturing of revolutionary therapies for patients.

As a QA System Consultant your main role is:
  • Implement & develop process / tools to ensure adherence to an effective system
  • Reduce backlog  : Review, challenge and approve, in compliance with GMP, change control & CAPA.
  • Provide technical expertise in Change control & CAPA processes
  • Experience required in GMP environment and good knowledge of EU/US GMP regulations.
  • Ensure the maintenance of Quality systems to ensure compliance with the EU/US requirements.
  • Strong expertise in monitoring of the various Quality systems metrics   
The requirements for this role are as follows:
Education level
  • Master degree degree in biology, pharmacy, clinical chemistry, etc., or relevant experience in a similar position in the sector of biotech/Pharma/cell therapy.
Experience       
  • Good knowledge of cGMP
  • Experience of minimum 3-5 years in Quality Assurance, preferably in a  biopharmaceutical company
  • Experience in cGMP audits
  • Experience in cell therapy or quality control of human cells is a real plus
 Language
  • Fluency in French and English is a must. Must be able to read and understand English-written procedures.
