QC Analyst – 11 month Contract – Pharmaceuticals – UK

 

Our Partner in the UK develop and supply a range of innovative medicines at its manufacturing and R&D facilities. They are searching for a QC Analyst to work on an 11 month contract at their Buckinghamshire facility.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this QC Analyst role include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • To carry out testing of intermediates and final product samples for vaccines to GMP and regulatory requirements – this will include in vivo and in vitro testing.
  • To comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Perform counting of intermediate & final product using microscope
  • Prepare equipment required prior to use.
  • Maintain trends for test results as well as assisting with protocols and reports.
  • Raise events for out of specification results, complete lab investigations and deviations
  • Support other QC laboratories for hands-on testing, as required

 


Requirements as a QC Analyst:
  • Degree (or equivalent qualifications/experience) in a Biological Science discipline
  • Experience in a relevant role in a laboratory would be an advantage
  • Experience in a GMP environment
