QC Inspector

We are looking for a Consultant to work as a QC Inspector (TP Electrical Installation) for one of our leading renewable energy clients. If are coming to the end of a role and would be interested in this freelance contract role starting 2^nd December 2019 up until 28^th August 2020 with the possibility of extending further thereafter, based in the North of the Country then please do continue to read on. Working day will be 8 hrs on average Monday – Friday, the Consultant must expect to travel at least 1 -2 days per month to the client’s offices in Europe.

Job Description:

QC Inspection and Supervision of:

Installation of electrical system and components on foundations for offshore wind turbines. The installation and inspection activities will take place at the foundation manufacturing site onshore. To align with engineering back office on technical details. Incoming inspection of components

Qualifications:

• Qualified Electrician with experience with the offshore requirements for electrical installations.
• Must have experience working with Quality Inspections and handling of non-conformance reporting
• Must have valid GWO’s – Working at Heights Training
• Valid GWO First Aid
• Must be a good communicator as you will be working in an environment with various stakeholder

Special Provisions:

The Consultant must have his/her own PC with MS Office software and must be in possession of an i-phone 4S, 5C, 5S, 6 or 6+ or a Windows Phone
