Quality Assurance Lead required to join a global pharmaceutical company located in the South West UK.

A fast paced and exciting environment which is seeing a lot of internal investment currently this is the chance to get involved with a global client who is going from strength to strength.

With a number of exciting refurbishment projects in the pipeline this is a great chance to be involved in the full project lifecycle with the opportunity to move into other projects and areas of the business.

In this role you will act as the QA Team Lead to drive and oversee the implementation of quality systems and related processes for a commercially establish terminally sterilised product at their facility. You will implement QA on the shop floor and manage a team of QA Officers.

You will have the following experience/qualifications:
  • 4 years experience in a batch releasing/production facing QA position
  • Experience of new facility/process start-up is an advantage
  • Substantial experience working in an operational pharmaceutical quality function; preferably steriles
  • Working knowledge of the principles and guidelines for GMP
  • Strong leadership and management skills/background of a small team
