RCM Engineer - Contract Role- Hamburg

An exciting contract opportunity for multiple onshore and offshore wind farm projects across various locations. Working for a major utility, you would be responsible for providing support across all reliability and maintenance operations on the projects, covering various stages.

Responsibilities
  • Involved in collecting site data, cleaning, and structuring
  • Handling the partitioning of the WTG system.
  • Utilising functional Block Diagram & reliability Block Diagrams to identify potential issues
  • Functional Failure Analysis to determine the cause of a failure across specific components
  • FMEA & FMECAs – Failure Mode Effects Analysis & Failure Mode Effects Criticality Analysis
  • Rationalisation and break down for Maintenance tasks
  • Implement plans periodically for the maintenance works to be undertaken
  • Financial modelling and budgeting to meet the requirements on the project
