Your role as a Recruitment Consultant... 

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be focusing on generating new business requirements and building long lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business contract opportunities.
• Search and select suitable candidates, either alone or in conjunction with the Delivery Executive appointed to the assignment.
• Undertake searches on the company’s database and contact suitable candidates to discuss opportunities.
• Prepare and send CVs to clients, arrange interviews, including the provision of travel information where appropriate.
• Create necessary contract documentation and associated information.
• Work closely with the Contracts & Compliance Team in matters relating to tax and social costs if the contract placement is non-UK.
• Complete offer calls to candidate and monthly candidate care calls if necessary.
