Your role as a Recruitment Resourcer at Quanta:

Recruitment Resourcers (we call them Delivery Executives) work within our Delivery Team, reporting into a Delivery Team Manager or Leader.

• Work alongside our Recruitment Consultants to identify, qualify and manage a candidate through the recruitment lifecycle.
• Search for candidates utilising tools such as our extensive database, Linkedin Recruiter and job boards.
• Call and speak to candidates to understand if they are the right person for the job.
