Regional Commissioning Manager - Data Centres - Remote 

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest Regional Commissioning Manager. Responsibilities
  • Leading, performing, reviewing and implementing the cost control function across projects by following corporate standards, processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for the completeness and correctness of cost control activities during each stage of regional projects through budget control, manpower forecast/tracking, change control tracking, cost analysis, etc. 
  • You may also be assigned special projects and lead regional initiatives targeted at organizational work process improvement, procedure updates and /improvements, personnel management, etc.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Evidenced leadership skills managing large high-performing teams
  • Exceptional organization and coordination skills
  • Advanced understanding in all Project Controls functions, and Expert understanding of Cost Control best practices
  • Expert understanding of Cost Control function internal and external stakeholder requirements, with experience driving/reporting Cost Control activities in service of core business financial interests
  • Understanding of CPM (Critical Path Method) concepts and calculations, and project scheduling principles at they relate to an EPC industry best-in-class cost control function
  • Experience in earned value management and the ability to audit / validate both engineering and construction progress
