Regional L&D Coordinator - Pharmaceuticals - Ireland

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this Regional L&D Coordinator role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Collaborate with GLD MMD Regional and Key manufacturing site and functions stakeholders to manage, coordinate and execute the programs’ audience,
  • Ensure a successful execution of the GLD and GLD MMD Program Delivery Standards.  
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including, Site LD, MMD LD, to ensure an adherence to the program delivery schedule.
  • Be responsible for implementing the GLD and GLD MMD Delivery Standards, work closely with the PMO to monitor progress with appropriate documentation and metrics and define opportunities for continuous improvement in delivery  process, toolkits and checklists.
  • Lead, develop, and execute project management and  schedule meetings, with the necessary agenda, input, and outputs.
  • Perform administrative duties as required by the programs and/or assigned by the GLD MMD.
  • Learner engagement before, during, and after delivery. 
  • Enlists and collaborates with HR Operations to manage pre-event needs? 
  • Gather metrics by which program and learner impact will be evaluated.
  •  Ensuring completion of required components of a learning solution across learner audiences in sequence, where applicable. 
  • Communicating with first-line managers of participants about their responsibilities for sponsorship, pull-through, post-event certifications, as needed. 

Desirable Qualifications / Education:
  • 3-5 years of experience and knowledge in LD, Project Management and Program Coordination  
  • Manufacturing acumen preferred
  • Experience working in a Program Coordination environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities against ambitious timelines.
  • Strong planning and excellence in execution
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally as an integral member of site team
