Senior Engineering Manager - Denmark - 12-month contract+

Our client, a global (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, is recruiting for a Senior Engineering Manager to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming Nordic location, this is on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics.


Responsibility: 

To be an ambassador for Engineering Standards & Policy and to ensure these are projected and delivered in to the various Engineering functions across the project programme. 


Requirements: 

  • Detailed understanding of Engineering policy, governance and standards, documentation, equipment numbering.
  • Experience within Architechtural & Engineering, someone who has led Engineering teams across all disciplines.
  • Someone who can drive Engineering governance as part of the Engineering Programme PMO
  • We are not looking for a process or mechanical SME but someone who has led teams and has a universal understanding / can lead complex engineering programmes. 
  • Someone who can travel at least one week per month to Denmark
