Senior HR Advisor

Are you looking for a Senior HR Advisor opportunity within a superb well established Pharmaceutical client?

We have been selected as a preferred agent to search for an experienced Senior Advisor to join this superb team on a contractual basis.

Some of the duties and responsibilities will include but not limited too:

• Support creation and deployment of the HR agenda for the business within a country, aligned with business, HR and shared services strategies
• Use data and analytics combined with qualitative and experience led insights to shape strategies in partnership with business leaders
• Partner with leaders to support and define the cultural, engagement and change initiatives and implementation plans
• Deploy HR policies with leaders to drive the achievement of strategic objectives in the following areas: organizational design, talent planning, career management, performance management, and workforce planning
• Provide ongoing and targeted coaching support to leaders
• Play a consultative role in employee communication in change initiatives within client groups
• Own and deliver key projects for the Consumer Business and/or UKI cross-sector organisations.

Education and Experience/Skills required:

Enthusiastic team member with a strong drive to build a positive work environment

Experience manipulating and using data to influence your business leaders

Experience planning and implementing projects

Relationship management, coaching and collaboration skills

Embodies strong interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills

Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers to drive talent outcomes for the business

Experience with innovative change efforts, including implementing detailed change management plans

Experience supporting multiple business functions and working in various industries

Strong communication and influencing skills
