Senior Project Manager – International Construction Project

The Opportunity

As Senior Project Manager you will be managing the entire lifecycle of the data centre project, leading and managing the onsite operation ensure each stage of the project is delivered on time and within budget. As Senior Project Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

-        You’ll will be onsite leading the entire project lifecycle
-        You’ll will be monitoring the program and project timeline ensuring each phase is delivered on time
-        You’ll mange materials purchasing ensuring that projects are delivered on budget
-        You’ll be ensuring that all onsite activity is delivered within the health and safety guidelines
-        You’ll be supporting the commissioning and handover at the end of the projec

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic construction project manager that has experience of managing large international scale project, if you have previously worked on data centre projects this will be of benefit but is by no way means essential. We will consider construction project experience from other large critical environments. This is your opportunity to demonstrate your extensive Civils, MEP and Health & Safety experience and knowledge.

You will have 5+ years construction project management experience and it is an essential requirement that you speak fluent German and English. It is also a requirement that you have previous experience working on large scale constructions project within the region allowing you to demonstrate knowledge of local regulations.
