Senior Site Manager - Energy from Waste - Glasgow - 12-Months+

Are you a Senior Site Manager looking for your next contract? Quanta may have the position for you. Our client develops and implement highly efficient solutions for thermal utilisation and have a strong portfolio of successfully delivered customised turnkey energy from waste plants across the globe. They are looking for a Senior Site Manager to come on board and join their current Glasgow based project.

Responsibilities:

Senior Site Management Services will be obliged to lead & implement the health and safety management in line with industry and client standards
Receiving awareness of all necessary information on the situation and circumstances on the building site and all coherent questions such as working conditions, access possibilities, type and organisation on site, storage possibilities, facilities that exist or still have to be built, storekeeping, the position of the handover points of the resources such as water or electricity, the legal provisions and industrial ordinances applicable at the place of implementation and the employment of local staff etc. by inspecting the site and/or where necessary by appropriate questions.
Coordination of all interfaces between all individual suppliers/installation companies involved in project site activities.
Supervision of the installation in conformance to client's instructions and plans
Supervision of installation progress
Compliance and strict observation of the valid operational safety rules and regulations
Preparation of installation-progress reports/ reporting on a weekly basis
Co-ordinating the exchange of information between the Client, our clients site management, sub-contractors, and our clients project management.
All site correspondence (such as time sheets, site-cash balancing, etc.) is to be sent to the project management.

Requirements:

CSCS Black Card or higher
SMSTS training
Energy from waste or similar power generation experience
