Hiring now for a ServiceNow architect to join our IT client in Valencia, Spain (or New York, USA) and take on a pivotal role in a brand new ServiceNow team. This is a potentially long term contract starting this December or early January 2020.

You responsibilities:
  • Be the subject matter expert and work closely with a newly created ServiceNow team
  • Identify and document business requirements
  • Provide thought leadership in the ServiceNow platform implementation strategy and governance process
  • Develop and maintain Service Architecture framework and domain structure as per best practice
  • Separate data, processes and administrative tasks across different domains in a single ServiceNow instance 
  • Design processes including scenario design and flow mapping
  • Defining support procedures, supporting implementations
  • Lead ServiceNow upgrades to ensure zero impact to customers
  • Test applications and enhancements to ensure no defects
  • Conduct architectural and/or technical workshops that may include enablement sessions
  • Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to the team involved in the implementation and support of any applications on the ServiceNow platform. This may include enablement workshops.
 
You will have:
  • ServiceNow systems administrator certification and at least one other ServiceNow implementer certification
  • Significant experience in the design, development, administration and support of technology infrastructure & solutions
  • Detailed knowledge of entire ServiceNow platform and product offering with a strong emphasis on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SECOPS
  • Experience in Orchestration/Automation & Process Maturity
  • Experience in developing Service Management Strategy
  • Strong expertise in road-mapping and Agile methodology
  • Experience in leading solution / functional architecture components of major business & system transformation efforts across the enterprise within the technology or non-profit sectors
