Site Leader, Pharmaceutical & Process Technology

A Site Leader for Pharma & Process Technology is required to join the business and lead the team located in the South East on a permanent basis.

With a number of exciting projects and strong team members, this is a role that offers a great chance to excel your career!

In this role you will be responsible for leading the Pharmaceutical & Process Technology (PPT) team to ensure it delivers on its project commitments. You will lead collaboration with other sites, ensure compliance with cGMPs, lead the on-going management of Formulation and Clinical manufacturing facilities and contribute to the Global PPT.

You will have the following experience/qualifications:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry of related discipline
• 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in oral solid dosage
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a complex environment.
• Experience in manufacture of IMPs is preferred
• Strong communicator and ability to take the initiative
