Site Manager – Architectural Works Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the organisation and follow-up of the architectural aspects of industrial sites at our site in Antwerp. These civil works include foundation works, sewerage and roads, industrial construction, finishing techniques.
• You support the design team by collecting information about the current condition of the construction site and by planning and supervising preparatory work.
• You work closely with the internal customer and with internal maintenance and process teams.
• You support the designers in working out practical implementation details.

About you:

• You have sufficient experience in the field of follow-up and execution of construction works or site activities.
• You have obtained a bachelor's or master's degree with a specialisation in architecture, or you have equivalent experience.
• You are able to interpret implementation plans autonomously (formwork, reinforcement, workhouse drawings) and, if necessary, draw up measurement statements and smaller competition files yourself.
