The Opportunity

As Site Manager / Data Centre Manager you will be leading the operational delivery and team, mainly at a facility based in Oslo but you will also oversee another facility within the Nordics region. You will have a team of direct and indirect report and your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

-        You’ll will be managing the Profit and Loss of the data centre
-        You’ll be overseeing the operations delivery of the facility including producing operational reports to ensure SLAs and KPIs are achieved whilst documenting all activities
-        You’ll be managing internal and external stakeholders and relationships
-        You’ll working with the team to exceed clients expectations whilst overcoming any operational problems within the technical infrastructure  
-        You’ll be organise and plan the OPEX for the facilities you will be managing

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Site Manager that has experience of managing critical facilities and has previously worked in the data centre industry, however, if your site management experience is from other critical facilities we want to hear from you!

This is your opportunity to demonstrate your operational and PNL experience and knowledge. It will be a requirement to have fluent written and spoken Norwegian & English language skills and to be able to demonstrate:
-        management of OPEX budgets
-        forecasting,
-        operational management,
-        external supplier management & negotiations
-        human resources
