Duties:
  • Creation of static concepts and statistics of industrial steel structures (3D)
  • Support of external engineering offices in the area of ​​production and assembly
  • Calculation of load information
  • Static assessment of suspension systems
  • Development of solutions for load increases / conversion
  • Participation in project discussions regarding offers, handling and assembly
  • Optimisation of assembly processes in cooperation with the assembly department
  • Maintaining standards and technical specifications
Requirements:
  • Steel construction engineer
  • Experience in the engineering of plant and building steel constructions is an advantage
  • Understanding the requirements of various departments in plant construction and their coordination
  • Very good user knowledge of static programs (Dlubal, RFEM, RSTAB), Navisworks and MS Office
  • Experience in data exchange with structural and planning programs
  • Experience in the design and manufacture of steel structures
  • Very good English skills, Second language desirable
  • Planning and organisational skills, personal responsibility, high quality standards and assertiveness
