An exciting and fast paced contract opportunity to be working with multiple onshore and offshore wind farm projects across various locations. Working for a major utility, you would be responsible for providing support to two heads of department and their teams.


Role Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling meetings, calls and room bookings
  • Taking control and management of the calendar and appointments for the Heads of Department
  • Support and arrange travel, accommodation, and expenses for the Team Heads & Team Leaders
  • Folder manager for document management systems (G-Drive, Governance Portal, SharePoint or similar)
  • Involvement in the on boarding of new starters and off boarding of leavers
  • Payment vouchers
  • Compiling Dashboards and Key Performance Indicators of the teams
  • SAP purchase requisitions, posting of receipt goods in SAP, releasing of invoices in work flow
  • Support in preparing & conducting team workshops/ team calls, organization and content support, post-processing
  • Proven experience working within a similar position, preferably in a large-scale and international environment.
  • Highly organised individual with experience carrying out general administrative duties handling time pressured tasks
  • Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills to enable interaction with a range of people
  • The ability to work within competently as an individual, whilst also working within a team when required
  • Well-developed desktop skills in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel) and client’s standard applications (e.g. Booking systems, SAP – nice to have)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (German nice to have)
