Team Lead Datacentre - Swindon - £50k to £55k

This fantastic Team Lead opportunity is with an international energy company whose focus includes commodity trading, renewable energy and power generation. To support these units, the client's IT function is vitally important and working from the client's head office you will lead a team across International locations and work closely with Cloud, Networks, Datacentre Services, IT Security, Collaboration Tools, Architecture and Application teams.

Energy sector experience is not needed, but you will have a proven leadership background in the technical environment, specifically with datacentre and cloud activity.

As the Team Lead you will have to:

• Oversee all aspects of both emerging and current Datacentre operations technology developments and road-map analysis of strategic Datacentre infrastructure and further service development.
• Adhere to established ITIL processes and service level agreements.
• Evolve and develop your team according to strategic alignment of Datacentre operations.
• Ensure all standard ITIL operating procedures are adhered to namely Problem, Incident and Change.

You will have:

• 5+ Years of leading teams across multiple countries and languages.
• Experience of processing the ITIL process and DevOps model.
• Incident, Problem and Change management experience.
• Manage and lead change creatively and be able to 'think outside the box'.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Ability to travel in UK and EU.
