Technical Services Specialist required to join a leading biotechnology company in Dublin in their state-of-the-art facility.

 predominantly focused on upstream equipment processes such as vial thaw, seed expansion, seed reactors and large scale production bioreactors, including centrifugation and depth filtration steps. 

  • Technical Services Specialist has primary responsibility for providing scientific & technical support of drug substance manufacturing processes performed at our clients’ new bulk drug substance facility.
  • , Specifically focused on the technology transfer of product(s) into the site The successful candidate will be responsible for providing scientific and technical support through all phases of the product lifecycle, including technology transfer, process scale-up, process validation, routine manufacturing, and process/continual improvement programs.
  • The position requires effective cross-functional collaboration with external contractors and internal partners including Manufacturing, Global Technical Operations, Engineering, Regulatory, QC and Quality to provide support of manufacturing.
  • Previous experience of a technology transfer in a cell culture capacity, cleaning validation and exposure to raw materials oversight setting is advantageous.
